geographical coverage
Tidelog's tide and current graphics are based on official NOAA* predictions for each geographical area. Most locations within an area differ by only minutes from the major reference station on which the graphics are based; complete corrections are included for precise adjustments.
There are eight different geographic editions of Tidelog:

coastal New Jersey,
Delaware, Maryland.. Tide curves based on Sandy Hook & NY Battery. Current flows at The Narrows and Hell Gate. Corrections south to Virginia. |

Chesapeake Tidewater: Chesapeake Bay, Baltimore, Washington, the Tidewater area of Virginia, and down the coast to Wilmington, NC. |

Southeastern: The entire South Carolina coast, north to Wilmington, NC, and south to Brunswick, GA. |

Puget Sound: including Seattle, Port Townsend, south to Tacoma, Olympia, and north into the San Juans. |

|
Northern California: S.F. Bay and Delta, south to Monterey, and north to the Nehalem River, Oregon. |
|
Southern California: Los Angeles, San Diego, Catalina, south to Manzanillo, Mexico, and north to Carmel. |
